ABOUT PLIX POCKET

Plix Pocket is a fast, simple, and convenient way to make your shopping experience more rewarding at Plix. With every order earn cashback in the form of Plix Cash into your Plix Pocket account. You can use Plix Cash to pay for your subsequent purchases on our website subject to our terms and conditions.

If you are not yet registered with us, simply register with your email id and mobile number on Plix to activate your Plix Pocket account. If you are already a registered user of Plix, just login with the mobile number that you used while registering earlier.

All you have to do is shop for your favourite products. During this offer period, an amount equivalent to 5% of your purchase value will get credited to your Plix Pocket after 7 days of delivery of the products. For example, if you shop worth Rs.1000, you get Rs.50 worth of Plix cash in your Plix Pocket wallet.

For your subsequent purchases, you will be able to pay for up to 25% of the cart value using your Plix Pocket cash.

Illustration: If you have Rs.1000 as Plix Cash in your Plix Pocket account and during your next purchase the cart value is Rs.2000, then you can pay up to 25% of your cart value i.e. 2000 x 25% = 500 from your Plix Pocket cash. Net payable amount after using 500 Plix Cash is: Rs.2000 - 500 = Rs.1500

The cashback will be credited to your account in the form of Plix Pocket cash, which you can use on your subsequent purchases with us.

The Plix Pocket cash is valid for 90 days from the date you receive it into your Plix Pocket account.

According to the cashback policy, the customer is eligible to pay for up to 25% of the purchase value of their subsequent purchases through Plix Cash.

Check your Plix Cash amount/wallet balance and transactions under the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

All cashback will only be in the form of Plix Cash which can solely be used only on Plixlife.com. Customers will not be able to withdraw their cashback/credit amount into their bank accounts or request a cash withdrawal for the same. The cashback amount will be applied to their eligible purchases. Under applicable RBI laws, the cashback amount cannot be credited to any pre-paid instrument.

Plix maintains the right to take reasonable steps, technological or otherwise, to prevent the abuse of the terms and conditions of the offer. You also acknowledge that Plix’s decision to take specific actions, such as limiting access to your request, placing holds, or imposing reserves, may be based on confidential criteria that are necessary for our risk management, account security, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and other Plix system protection. You acknowledge that Plix is under no obligation to provide you with information about its risk management or security practices. This rebate does not apply to transactions made with Virtual Cards.

Plix will withdraw the cash awarded to your account if your order is cancelled by the payer/reimbursed by the merchant.

In the event of partial cancellations or cancellations where the cashback has been spent, will issue a refund according to Plix Policies.

Plix exclusively reserved the right to revoke the cashback offer/not issue the cashback at all in circumstances of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

We reserve the right to review, cancel and reverse any transaction in the event of fraud, a charge-back of any transaction fee paid by credit card, or an error or mistake made by us, including errors in any payment or use of your cash. As a result of this consent, remove your membership from the Plix Pocket program as required by us to reverse a cancelled transaction.

You will not be allowed to transfer the cash from your Plix Pocket to any other person or Plix Pocket Account.

No two offers can be clubbed together and no other discount or coupon code or offer can be clubbed and used when using Plix Cash for partial payment of your purchase.
